Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is received and confirmed. Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options for domestic (U.S.) orders. All times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier schedules, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Free Tracked Shipping: (Standard) 3–8 business days, complimentary on all qualifying orders within the continental United States. This is our most popular and cost-effective option.

Express Tracked Shipping: 3–5 business days. Faster delivery for customers who need their order sooner. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

Reduced Heavy-Weight Tracked Shipping: 3–8 business days (for packages 6 lb and up). Special reduced rate for heavier orders (6 lb and above). This option helps keep costs lower for larger or multi-item purchases.
Shipping Costs & Methods
Shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on your shipping address, order weight, and selected method.

Free Tracked Shipping is available on all orders within the continental U.S. (no minimum purchase required).

Reduced Heavy-Weight Tracked Shipping offers discounted rates for qualifying orders 6 lb and heavier.
We partner with reputable carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to ensure reliable tracked delivery. All shipments include tracking, and you will receive updates via email.
International Shipping
We proudly ship to select international destinations:
- International orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing. (could be longer)

The customer is fully responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country’s customs authority. These fees are not included in our shipping rates and will be collected by the carrier or local customs office upon arrival.
- BeautyMade is not responsible for any delays, additional costs, or refused shipments caused by customs processing, duties, or taxes.
- Please check with your local customs office before ordering to understand potential fees.
Address Accuracy: You are solely responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Please double-check your address (including apartment/suite numbers, zip/postal code, and phone number) before submitting your order.
BeautyMade is not liable for any delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipping fees.
Additional Shipping Information
- We currently ship within the United States and to select international countries.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes with certain carriers or for certain product types (please confirm at checkout).
- Once a package is in transit, title and risk of loss pass to you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
- Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We are not liable for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, high-volume periods, or other events outside our control.
